Shipping of samples

General information

Please contact us in any case before shipping samples. This guaranties for optimal processing of your order, and ensures that samples are kept under optimal conditions. As a matter of practical consideration, please ship samples on Mondays or Tuesdays to avoid long delays during weekends.

The shipment should be handled/packed according to sample composition and sensitivity, blue ice or dry ice conditions may be required.

Documents

Please include a delivery note that provides information on the kind of sample shipped and the contact information (address, phone, e-mail) of the sender.

Notice: For shipments from abroad please consider possible customs regulations or restrictions.

How long does it take to get the results?

The standard processing time – depending on the amount of samples - is 5 to 10 work-days.
The analysis data is transferred by mail or e-mail, as agreed upon beforehand.
